Freddie Roach: Two Pacquiao vs Bradley Judges Are Over 70 Years Old And Should Retire

Legendary boxing coach, Freddie Roach, appeared on last nights episode of MMA Uncensored and made the following comments about two of the three judges from last weekends boxing match between Manny Pacquiao vs. Timothy Bradley:

“To hear the first judge say, that he had won by only two points–and then to hear the other two judges go the other way–was just absurd. He clearly won the fight. I think he [Bradley] won one round because I think Pacquiao gave him a break in the 11th [round]. It was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever seen and I think it’s really bad for the sport.

There was definitely some favoritism in this one. More incompetent at this stage of their careers. Two of the judges are over 70 years old. Age 65 is when people retire. There should be a cut-off. Maybe they’re just not seeing the fights like they used to.”
